A word from our Managing Director Antonia Beauvoisin Brown (in Autumn 2021)

After nearly 15 years of recruiting, hiring and working alongside many team members from around the world I certainly feel like I have built up a lot of knowledge and experience within the KidooWalls. One essential learning for me is that I don't have to and actually can't do all the things.

While the team has always been at the core at what we do, now more than ever we have the systems in place to manage applications, onboard and nurture those that choose to work in our teams.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS HAS GOT BETTER

I  am very conscious that we have got a lot better at things we were not doing well initially.

One of those is the processing of CVs . Due to technical issues and lack of processes , applications were lost along the way.
We have new computers and a proper system and process now in place since September 2022.


THE CHEMISTRY MEETUP

We have done this for a number of years - it's a chance for you to come in and meet us, show us what you are all about in a session and see if you like our company culture.

SETTLING IN PERIOD

We have initial training and regular checks and balances during the first 30,60 and 90 days with us . We want to set you up for success.

A FEW HOURS CAN LEAD TO A FULL TIME ROLE - BUILDING YOUR SKILL SET

Listen in to Sian's journey below .. she started off with her CV not being responded to .. luckily she followed up and started working  a few hours and Saturdays and things built up and grew from there.

She is now a key member of our Leadership Team , Head of our English department and Branch Manager of Villeneuve Loubet.

PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IS A CORNERSTONE FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS

We have processes in place to help our team perform at their best, get training where they need it, try new opportunities and learn and grow. When you work in education it's because you have that vocation in your DNA and you will naturally have a growth mindset. We do what can to help nurture that so that coming to work gives you that feeling at the end of the day of having made a difference.
